About AWC
The AWC of Perth was founded in 1968 and is a voluntary organization of international women. The AWC is a non-profit, non-political organization focused on promoting fellowship between American women and Australians to help close the cultural gap while living in Australia. Our club is diverse: although the majority of members come from the US, we welcome members from all parts of the world. AWC is focused on friendship and service.

The American Women's Club of Perth gladly welcomes new members. 

For Full Membership you must be a US or Canadian citizen; a Green Card holder; or married, widowed, or divorced from such a person. 

Our next level of membership is as an Associate Member. This membership is for women who do not meet Full Membership requirements but would like to join us in fellowship and goodwill. Often Associate Members comprise 20% of our total membership. Currently we have Associate Members from Germany, Poland, the UK, France, South America, New Zealand, and of course Australia. 

Membership allows you to attend our meetings and special events and to receive our monthly newsletter, Downunder Eagle News.
